TRACE Certification
As part of our policy of business transparency and anti-corrupt dealings we have become a certified member of TRACE International Inc.(TRACE).
TRACE is an international non-profit association of commercial intermediaries promoting compliance with transparent and anti-bribery business practices. TRACE membership requires the following commitments:
- Voluntary participation in a thorough background review of applicant's commercial activities (due-diligence review).
- Adoption of a code of conduct addressing the issues of bribery and corruption.
- Agreement to complete annual training on international anti-bribery standards for all staff.
The award of TRACE membership certificate provides SADC's regional and global partners with confidence and assurance that our business activities are in full compliance with national anti-bribery standards and international anti-corruption conventions.
