A subsidiary of SADC specialized in metal trading business. SATCORP mainly supplies ferro-alloys, pig iron, specialty metals and chemicals to various industries.

A subsidiary of SADC specialized in Information Technology solutions. MENA eSolutions is focused on delivering the latest business solutions to the Middle-East based out of Dubai Internet City in UAE.

Hamon D'Hondt Middle East

A JV with Hamon D'Hondt of France to locally manufacture Air Cooled Heat Exchangers.

Wafra Invest is a duly registered finance and investment company in Jordan with a broad Middle Eastern & North African (“MENA”) focus. Wafra Invest is engaged in providing investment banking services mainly private placement in the MENA Region: identifying and generating potentially viable investment opportunities, simultaneously with the ability to identify and mobilize matching debt and equity capital from individual and institutional investors.
